Are you interested in attending our 4-week ADHD Skills Group?
Live Well Counselling, in collaboration with Nicole Furey Counselling, offers a 4-week ADHD Skills group for those with adult ADHD. Groups take place in-person in the St. John's area and the fee is $400; fees may be elibigle for reimbursement by your insurance provider.
We cover topics, such as:
- Executive function
- Managing stress
- Goal Setting
- Sleep
- Navigating relationships
- Creating an effective schedule
